Business Development (Exp: 1- 4years)

We are looking for energetic & confident fresher’s or experienced candidates to join our Business development team.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You must be exceptionally versatile in doing Research to forsee new future opportunity and identify key players and generate interest in our product to SMEs, Startups, Big enterprise clients in terms of product demos, negotiation and on-boarding.
  • Proactively working with team and independently capable of delivering reaching out to new customers through lead follow-up and emails.
  • Have a track record of successful revenue generation along with clear knowledge of system integration in sales which can boost company’s productivity.
  • Initiate proactive outbound phone follow up calls to lay the groundwork, develop the foundation to nurture prospects into opportunities in the long run.
  • Strong ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish by leading prospect from enquiry to close.
  • From sending pricing quotation to clients to pitching the clients from very own scratch, you must be open for whole sales gamut.
  • Convincing skills to convert leads and inquiries into sales.
  • Strong work experience and have leads of running successful international projects.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Execute an entrepreneurial approach
  • Responsible for achievement of quarterly, year-to-date and annual sales goals/targets.


  • Ability to handle calls and a quick learner.
  • Perform effective online presentations to prospects.
  • Have the special emphasis on Attention to detail.
  • Sound communication skills along with fair writing skills.
  • Good presentation skills
